Unfortunately, we do not accept returns or issue refunds for any items if you do not like the fragrance. Please read the item description carefully before purchase.

If the item does not perform as expected, please contact us with a detailed description of the problem. Example: The candle will not stay lit when first used. This does not guarantee a refund and will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
Once the package is shipped, everything is out of our hands and are not responsible for any damage. If your items do arrive damage, please contact us with pictures and order information. This does not guarantee are refund and will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
