PROCESSING
Typical processing includes orders processed + shipped within 1-5 business days. Please allow for additional processing time around major sales or during holidays.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING
Once the package is scanned in by our carrier, transit times will vary depending on shipping method + delivery destination.
You will receive your shipping confirmation email as soon as a label is created for your order, and the tracking status of your shipment may take up to 48-72 hours once a label has been created.
Once shipped, an order's tracking information is outside of our control, and final delivery is out of our hands. We cannot replace missing or stolen packages at this time.
SHIPPING TIMES
Please be aware shipping times vary and estimated delivery dates are just estimates. There are no guaranteed delivery dates, so please plan ahead appropriately. We do our best to ship orders quickly but have no control after handing off to a carrier. Also, keep in mind delivery times are based on business days.
For example, orders placed on Thursday or Friday with UPS 2-Day will likely arrive the following Monday or Tuesday, and will not arrive Saturday or Sunday.
This is our carrier's shipping policy, and once a package is shipped, delivery is unfortunately out of our hands.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
We are not currently offering any shipping outside of the lower 48 state in the U.S. Shipping rates are calculated by weight + delivery destination.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
If your order arrived damaged, please send us an email within 48 hours of receiving your order along with photos of the damage and a description of the damage as well. Please report damaged products within 48 hours and before using your product for the first time.

Note - Candles, wax melts, and other related products can soften or melt when shipping during warm temperatures. Products that become melted when subjected to hot temperatures for long periods of time we cannot be held liable for.
We strongly advise you to arrange to have your order delivered to an air-conditioned location, such as a business or home, where someone can receive your package. If packages are left outside during hot temperatures, candles and related items could potentially melt and we cannot be held liable for such damage.
